Getting started. EasyTask is invite-based right now — ask for access and we will set your workspace up and walk your team through it.
Something is broken. See support for what to send us so we can fix it on the first reply.
Privacy and your data. Access, correction, export or deletion requests — see delete your account or write to us directly.
Vendor onboarding and security review. Our security page answers most questionnaires; email us for anything it does not, or for GST, PAN and bank details.
Billing. Invoices, cancellation and refunds.

Office hours

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST (UTC+5:30). Email sent outside those hours is answered the next working day. We aim to reply to everything within one working day.
