Who builds EasyTask, and how to reach us.
EasyTask is built and operated by Marothia Techs, a software company in Surat, Gujarat. We have been building for Indian businesses since 2013 — 13 years of shipping software that people use to run their working day.

- EasyArea — GPS land measurement, with over a million downloads.
- Games — played more than seven million times.
Why we built EasyTask
Running Wisdom OMS put us inside a lot of Indian businesses, and the same problem kept showing up: the work was tracked in a WhatsApp group, the follow-ups in a notebook, and the status in somebody's head. Nothing was wrong with any one of those — but nobody could answer "what is pending, and with whom?" without asking three people.
EasyTask is our answer. Projects and tasks with real owners and due dates, chat attached to the work instead of scattered across a group, leads with follow-ups that do not go cold, and reminders that actually fire. One app, so there is one place to look.
How we work
- Built and hosted in India. Our servers run in the AWS Mumbai region, and your data stays there. See security.
- You can reach a person. Support is our own team, on the phone and on WhatsApp, not a ticket queue that answers next week.
- No advertising, no data selling. We are paid by the businesses that use the software, which keeps the incentives straight.
